Terms and Conditions for Board Position Elections:

Nominee does not need to be present at the General Membership Meeting. (Bylaws Article VI)
Voter must be a DDC member and present at the meeting. Absentee voting will not be accepted.
Nominations are allowed from the floor.
Any contested position will be elected by secret ballot.
Minimum of 80% meeting attendance is mandatory.
Access to private email on a daily basis is necessary. Good computer skills and access to personal computer are advantageous.
Club does not provide computer or reimburse for any internet services or software.
Some positions require attendance at club functions other than meetings.
