Terms and Conditions for Board Position Elections:
  • Nominee does not need to be present at the General Membership Meeting. (Bylaws Article VI)
  • Voter must be a DDC member and present at the meeting. Absentee voting will not be accepted.
  • Nominations are allowed from the floor.
  • Any contested position will be elected by secret ballot.
  • Minimum of 80% meeting attendance is mandatory.
  • Access to private email on a daily basis is necessary. Good computer skills and access to personal computer are advantageous.
  • Club does not provide computer or reimburse for any internet services or software.
  • Some positions require attendance at club functions other than meetings.
